PF Facemask - Enforcements?

Play 1:  3rd @ 10 at the A-25 yard line.  QB A-12 takes the snap and rolls out on a run/toss option play.  At the A-27, just as he is being tackled by the facemask by B-91, he tosses throws a backward pass to RB A-22 who then runs to the A-42 where he is tackled and ruled down at the A-42.  What are the possible options here with rules references please?

  End of the related run is the basic spot.  The rule was changed a couple years ago that previously stated that there could only be one running play behind the line of scrimmage.  Now the rule is that there can be multiple runs.  This is why it's now important to know when the foul occurred. 10-2-2-d and 2-25-8-e.

The FMM occurs during A12's run (even if it occurs while the backward pass is in the air).  The basic spot is the A-27 (end of A12's run).  Since the foul is by team B it is enforced at the basic spot 15 yards via the three and one principle.  Team A has two options - Take the result of the play (decline the penalty) - A 1/10 A-42 or accept the penalty - A 1/10 A-42.
