OK , it was an All Star game, but assuming it had been a "real" game (NCAA rules) , is the fouling player ejected?

Two different and separate acts, I'd say two fouls and the ejection.

During the loose ball, the R tossed a bean bag at ~B-35.  Why?

I don't know but will be asking him.  We still have too  many guys who think they need a bag everytime the ball is loose.  To me that means they really do not know why there is even a need for a bag at other times, it is just a rote act

Live ball strutting (starting from around A-10) and dead ball throwing the ball into the stands. In a real game it should have been 1st and 10 for team B from around A-40, no touchdown, eject B80.

Reason I caveated it "if it was a real game" is that sometimes they permit certain things that are not normally allowed. I understand they were allowed to launch the balls here so that was not a foul .  I was surprised (pleasantly) that they flagged the strut.  But I know from my own experience in this game the organizers do not want that unsportsmanlike stuff. They probably saw throwing the ball into the stands as good PR (especially if they were throwing them to the many troops who were there)

Actually they are instructed to throw the ball to the soldiers (only) after TDs.

My thought about the beanbag was that the QB attempted an illegal kick of a loose ball, and that the R threw the beanbag instead of the flag.
Probably not what happened, but that is the only reason I could see for anything landing in that area...
