USC and continuing action
« on: March 03, 2014, 09:55:27 AM »
I'm interest to hear others opinions on this.

Whether it be a player or a coach when does it go from 1 USC penalty and continuing action to 2 and automatic ejection when the offender just keeps on running his mouth ?
For every coach that thinks we got it wrong there's another that thinks we got it right.

If your flag has not landed, it would be bad form to jump, catch it and throw it again.

Seriously I would try to make it one. In reality once I decide to flag the behavior of a coach I will walk away to not give him the chance to do something else stupid.

Now once I walk away and something happens it may now be two flags

I can probably still count on both hands the number of UNS we've had on coaches in my 13 years.  None of them came close to a 2nd.  I'm probably not doing a good job diffusing the situation if they stay that hot in the same interval.
