If there is a foul for a free kick out of bounds, and the kick was from on or inside the B30, can the receiving team take a touchback since taking the ball 30 yards from Team A's restraining line puts it in the endzone? I know this is pretty far fetched in NCAA seeing as it would take 35 yards worth of penalties to even get to this point, but in Texas we kick from the 40 so two PF/UNS would do it. So let's say the kick from the B30 is out of bounds at the B5. Is Team B restricted to only two options: a rekick from the B35 or taking the ball at the B10?
