Indiana / Bowling Green 9/13/14 Targeting @ 6:05 Q1

I am watching the Bowling Green / Indiana game from 9/13/14 and at 6:05 in Q1 #4 White nails #42 BG on a short pass across the middle. BG coughs it up, INC. I don't know how to download off the DVR, so if anyone can get TXMike or someone to maybe clip it, looks to me #4 crouched as he hit the receiver, play stopped for #42 injury.

Was this targeting? I know sometime Bill Corollo trolls this site, it may have been a Big10 crew idk, but BG is MAC.

Do you have satellite or does your provider have a way to watch your DVR on the internet? Thats how I do it. Dish has dishanywhere.com where you can log into your TV online.

Remember that just crouching or launching does not make it a foul. They are high risk indicators, but not fouls in and of themselves. For it to be targeting under 9-1-4, there must be forcible contact to the head or neck area. If a player crouches, launches himself and delivers a blow to the shoulder it would not be a foul.

It appears to me he crouched and targeted with the crown of his helmet. He did get a piece of his shoulder on the hit too, but mostly the helmet and the top of it, too. He nailed the receiver right in the sternum, back of receiver was to the U, front of the hit directly in front of the L.
