Fourth and 15 at the A-27. Punter A12, in a scrimmage kick formation, muffs the snap and kicks
the grounded ball forward at the A-16. B18 recovers the loose ball at the A-42 and returns to
the A-37.

First, there is no legal scrimmage kick on this play. The foul is for illegally kicking a loose ball. Enforce from the spot of the foul half the distance to the goal with a loss of down. B 1st and Goal at the A8.
