That's an obvious miss. The defenders were never close to the neutral zone.

O-line to the left of C need to get up on the LOS, too. Close enough not to call, but borderline ILF.

Offsides.

The offensive end's reaction was direct and immediate to the movement towards him from two defensive players across from him.

D wants to charge in like that, fine, but if the OLINE across from them jumps, its on the D.

The announcement needed a little work :)

Aren't we overlooking the rule requirement that the defense has to enter the neutral zone before the offense is allowed to move in response?  In this case it's pretty clear that the team B players don't encroach into the neutral zone yet the team A player responds and moves.  Based on his reaction he clearly knows that the foul is on him.  IMO this should have been a false start.

I guess I disagree.

If you look at the down tackle who also lurches forward, he is very close to the neutral zone if not in it a little bit.

If they are close to the NZ then put them in the NZ and have a flag down for DOF

All about angles guys.  Sure TV shows that no one entered the NZ but what did it look like straight down that line?  I liked the DOF when it was called.  When I was watching, it looked a little tight but the L had the better angle so I saw where he was coming from.

The DE and the TE jumped SIMULTANEOUSLY.  There was no stagger between the DE getting into the NZ and the TE jumping.

When it's a tie, put it on the offense.  They know the snap count.
