Not sure if these are national Mechanics changes/POE's for 2015, but I received these at a clinic I was at this spring.  Sorry for the crudity of the cut-and-paste

Other Significant Mechanics Changes
- We will solidify that the transition point for the goal line is the 7 yard line.  The HL makes the
determination and both LJ/FJ and HL/SJ will mirror each other on goal line coverage.
- Uniform Compliance – properly wearing the jersey and covering the back pads becomes a point
of emphasis under new change in Rule 1-4-8.
- BJ will test, certify and mark game balls.  No change from 2014, but all officials must be more
aware of the game balls.
- If a punt is downed on the ground inside the 5 yard line, it will be spotted at that exact point and
not moved to the nearest yard line.
- If Team A runs a play toward its own boundary and Team A players enter into their own Team
Area, the Referee will treat returning Team A players as substitutes and follow the Substitution
process.
Highlight - The use of Social Media to convey information or discuss any aspect of games,
coaches, teams or players is strictly prohibited.
- In games where Instant Replay is being used and there is a Targeting Foul called on the field, do
not announce the disqualification before the IR Review.  After the review, if IR “Confirms” or lets
“Stand” the Targeting foul, only then announce that the player is disqualified.
- R and U will conduct pre-game meeting with the Head Coaches at 90 minutes.  Home team first.
Conference policy can dictate for conference vs. conference games only.
- Sideline Management and Control will remain a point of emphasis, rules for 2015 now reflect
the warning that we utilized as a mechanic in 2014.  We will not throw a flag for the warning,
but we will stop the game and make an announcement indicating the warning.  Each team will
receive only 1 warning, and after the warning the 1st and 2nd infractions are considered delay of
game for sideline interference – a 5 yard penalty from the succeeding spot.  Subsequent
infractions are penalized 15 yards.  If there is contact with an official, the 1st infraction can be a
15 yard penalty.
- UNS and Targeting and Pace of Play will stay as points of emphasis for all officials.

Gee, I wonder what this one could possibly be referring to?

@Ralph -- Implicit proof that the Patriots alleged  aWaRd is tainted and mean very little.  They will be lucky if Wells doesnt strip the title all together.  #IntegrityTrumpsAll
Coach: "I've been doing this 30 years!  I know the rules!"
Ref: "Are you married coach?"
Coach (suddenly offguard): "umm...yeah, why?"
Ref: "I've been married 30 years and my wife says there is still room for improvement"
Coach: "<silence>"
