Any word on the availability of the online clinic? I noticed a (non-working) link in the member's portal the other day but it seems to be gone now.

Has anyone seen a worse website for so many years from a legitimate organization? Intra-Focus has to have gotten a lot of money for keeping it with them for over a decade. What a joke that company must be.

It is a long running joke...even amongst TASO board and staff!

The TASO staff likes Interfocus. I don't know what the delay with the online clinic is, but the reason TASO initially went to Arbiter for registration is that Arbiter SAID they could do it without any problems. But they couldn't do it and had massive problems, so TASO shifted to what they wanted to do initially: interfocus for their entire operation.

TASO needs a change in the way they do things -- that's for sure. Not necessarily a change in personnel, but a mindset and operations change.

Well, it's working now, although the videos for viewing about how to watch the video want a credit card for a $0 payment.
