I'm pretty sure the wing official should have had a flag on this play;

The hurdle at the 10 second mark.  Second one is not a hurdle as the defender is not on his feet.

And the home team (? - blue/grey ones) uniforms are HIGHLY illegal.

I don't know where this game was played (the title says "Texas commit"), but apparently that's legal in NCAA rules.

If the game is in Texas (or Massachusetts), then it would be a legal play.  But illegal under FED rules.

ADDED IN EDIT:  The player is from Hooks, TX, so I assume the game was played there.  This would be legal in NCAA rules, illegal in FED.

Yea since they said it was a Texas commit I assume he's still in high school. Guess it could be JUCO so maybe that's why there was no flag.

As said before, Texas and MA use NCAA rules in HS.

Would you call that block in the back at the end?

In AZ it is a blindside block this year and probably illegal helmet contact.

This was played in Texas.  Under NCAA rules this block is a blindside block to a defenseless player to the head and neck area.  Targeting.

And with that we'll put this puppy to bed.
