Looking for suggestions on what various crews do for pregame while still in the locker room. Interested in topics to discuss etc.

Once the season gets underway (IE by game 2 or 3) I review the HUDL film from the previous week's game. I grade the film each week and put together a package of about 20 - 25 plays to review in the locker room before the game with my crew. I pick things that I want us to improve on and a couple of things that we are doing well that I want to enforce.

I suggest focus on mechanics and philosophy, with some discussion of the teams if you have info available.  Save the brain-teaser rules tests for during the week.

LOL that package of plays should have been looked at long before 90 or so minutes to kick.
