This may not be worth doing this year. I cannot get information from several chapters, Permian Basin, College Station, Stephen F Austin. If anyone has contacts in those chapters, please send info my way.

As a longtime fan of this spreadsheet, i would request that it be kept up even if incomplete, because 85% info is better than no info...

Of course, if you choose not to, then that is cool, i have enjoyed it and a hearty Thank You for doing this over the years.

Congrats to all the officials across this great state that had the honor to work playoff games this past weekend. Does not matter if it was a 6-man game or a 6-A game.

One correction. W. Mesquite and Wakeland are using Dallas. Unless they double booked, which I know has happened.

BTW, thanks for doing this. It is interesting information that makes for great discussion.

Agreed. It's great being able to see this. It's greatly appreciated.

In 2A Division I, Gladewater Union Grove vs. Lovelady is being officiated by the Dallas Chapter. Like Joel said, it's possible they double booked, but I know a Dallas crew has been given that assignment. Thanks again!

This is a good example of why this is a valuable tool, in my opinion at least. Three times since I've been doing this, since 2003, I've found games with no officials assigned.

I'm from Dallas and was getting dressed for a 3rd round playoff game in E. Texas 2 years back. In walks a crew from Houston who said they had the game. We had to go out to talk to the coaches to find out who was working the game. Just a mix-up in the Houston chapter. Poor guys drove 3 hours for nothing. I hope they at least got paid for the mileage.

They contacted us on Tuesday as well. So apparently they went thru 2 other chapters before settling on one. I even had a crew lined up until one of the teams backed out. Let's hope 4 other crews don't show up.
