Holding on Free Kick

During last night's Louisville / Houston game I'm pretty sure there was a holding call on the receiving team during a free kick that went untouched into the end zone for a touchback.  Holding had to have occurred during the kick since there was no return.  Next snap was at the 15.  I wasn't paying much attention at the time and couldn't go back to look at it when I thought about it.  Did I miss something?

PFK enforcement?

It's at 0:49 of the first quarter according to the game book.

It appears you are right - check the drive beginning after Houston goes up 10-0.

This needs to be enforced from the previous spot, correct?

Yes, previous spot and rekick or decline and take the touchback.

For holding on a touchback our philosophy is hold off on the flag unless it is a takedown.

Holding on team B. would that not be enforced where the ball belongs to B? 25 yd line.

For Team A fouls that would be an option as the "tack-on" rule applies to all kick plays. 

For a scrimmage kick a similar Team B hold would qualify for PSK so on a touchback we'd take them back from the 20. 

No such rule for free kicks.  Basic spot is the previous spot.
