UNS enforcement spot

Looking for input on the following play.

3/5 @ B-40

Pass over the middle is tipped by B44 and falls into the arms of A88 who runs for a TD. During the run A50 and B70  get into a scuffle and both are flagged for UNS at the B-30.  During the crew conference coach for A is flagged for a UNS while on the field protesting the call.

Dead ball "scuffles" we go with UNS (9-2-1-a-1-j) but those that are live ball would be live ball personal fouls.  Then you have the UNS on the coach which is a dead ball foul.  The personal fouls will offset at the previous spot.  Then the 15 yard penalty for the coach UNS will be assessed from there.  It will be 3rd and 20 at the A-45.

The result would yield the same even if you did put that "scuffle" into the UNS category, assuming you had them as live ball fouls.

 I should know the answer to this but...what if B intercepts then we have offsetting UNS during return.  Can B decline As UNS to keep the ball?

Why would the TD be wiped out if the UNSP on the coach was after the TD?

Live-ball fouls are always completed before any dead-ball fouls.  The live-ball fouls offset, which cancel any score, and requires that the down be repeated.  So, the succeeding spot is, then, the previous spot.  The dead-ball foul(s) is/are then completed at the succeeding spot.  In this case, the lone DBF would be enforced, 15 yards.  Since this penalty is on Team A, the down is unchanged.  3/20, A-45.

Read Rule 10, including the associated ARs in the Interpretations.
