What is the proper procedure to follow in the unlikely event both clocks (play & game) clocks malfunction?

I know if the play clock malfunctions and cannot be made operational by kickoff, we are to turn off the play clocks, after informing the R.

Report to the field and keep the GAME clock on the field with a stop watch, frequently updating the crew on the time remaining.  Let the B handle the play clock.
