East-West Shrine Bowl positions

R, c, and the u were all in the offensive backfield yesterday.

Was that game officiated under NFL rules and/or mechanics?  It seems odd to have all 3 in the offensive backfield by design. I assume it was an error by the U I guess?

Yes this game uses NFL officials (normally developmental officials) and is coached by NFL coaches.
