Certainly different, but it's an IDEA, subject to actual practical application to prove it's merit, and perhaps generate additional improvements if proved to be necessary. Our profession started with bells and horns and evolved to whistles, then finger whistles. Now circumstances have pointed to "Electronic" whistles.
As we await firm decisions as to the actual possibility of a 2020 Interscholastic Football season happening, or not, kudos to those creative minds in our universe actively considering significant means to allow us to participate in a period of unanticipated challenges.
