Do any of y'all use your won playcard template? I'm looking into creating my own and wanted to see what you guys use.

This is what I use.  It's meant to be printed on index cards with your home printer.  Modify it any way you like!

Lots of versions on Google if you search for "football official's gamecard".  I print my own on card stock from an Excel file, sample attached.  Print on front & back, cut out and fold in half - perfect pocket size.

Here's what I came up with and use. Cut along exterior border and it will fit around the standard plastic game card wallets. I use a binder clip to keep it attached. Fold along the long centerline first, then fold along the short centerline.
