Not in MA where we have our own "NFHS" OT rule set. B can score on a COP during downs 1-4 (not on a try).  If were talking the "by the book" NFHS optional OT rules I agree.

Third and subsequent series of OT are by the NFHS Book - 1st and Goal on the 10 and the Line to Gain is ALWAYS the goal line

In the rule book under Resolving Tied Games is states: 5-3-1: The line to gain is always the goal line regardless of whether or not
a penalty enforcement places the ball more than 10 yards from the goalline to start a new series.  Therefore the line--to-gain chain is not necessary during an overtime series. Am I correct or just not thinking it through?

Ralph there is another way to get a new series under NFHS format, although extremely unlikely or near impossible . If B would force a loose ball into A’s EZ resulting in a touch back, it would be 1st and Goal from the -20 for A. .

Good point, PABJNR.  For this to occur, IMHO, one of the following would be needed :
(1) A blocked FGA by R with STRONG volleyball skills;
(2) A VERY STRONG wind;
(3) A tilted field - possibly caused by an earthquake;
(4) 5 USCs called on A-if my math is correct-the ball would be @ A's 15.
