1) Free kick from A-35.  Initial airborne kick then hits the ground, untouched, at the B-5.  Ball rolls into the endzone where B-25 picks up the ball and runs to the B-10 where he is tackled.  During the tackle, A-35 commits a personal foul against B-29.

2) Scrimmage kick ("punt") from the B-49.  Player B-1 is set on the B 2-yard line to catch the scrimmage kick.  The scrimmage kick is touched by B-1 ("Muff"), and the ball rolls into the end zone where A-10 falls on the ball.  There is an UNS by A-75 (a) after the touching by B-1 but before A-10 recovers the ball in the end zone, or, (b) the UNS occurs as A-10 falls on the ball.

3) Scrimmage kick ("punt") from the B-50.  During the kick, receiver B-15 is standing with one foot on the sideline at the B-2.  The kick is (a) touched by, but not recovered, by B-15, or, (b) is caught and advanced to the B-20 by B-2, or (c) is touched by B-2 and then is recovered by B-35 at the B 5-yard line and advanced to the B-20.

If the ball "rolls" into the end zone, then it had to have touched the ground in the end zone, before it was touched by B25. Thus, the ball was dead the moment it first touched the ground in the end zone. B25's advance of the ball is, technically, a dead-ball delay of game foul. Being a personal foul, A35's dead-ball foul must be recognized and the penalty completed. Officially, the penalties for the opposing dead-ball fouls will 'cancel,' and Team B will next put the ball in play at the B-25, 1/10, snap (25).

However, if this happens, it is poor officiating. We must recognize the dead-ball, and get all action stopped, and avoid both of the dead-ball fouls. Plain and simple.

Having been touched by B1 before touching the ground in B's end zone, the ball remains alive and in play. A10's recovery is legal, and the natural result of the down is a touchdown for A.
a) Most UNS fouls that occur while the ball is alive are live-ball fouls, but not all. Without knowing specifically what foul was committed by A75, I will assume it was in the category of taunting, abusive language, obscene gestures, etc., which are, indeed, live-ball fouls, if committed while the ball is alive. The 15-yard penalty is 3 & 1 enforcement from the Basic Spot, which, in this case, is the previous spot. The TD is canceled, and the down is repeated. A75 gets one on his UNS counter.
b) The scenario is not quite clear, but I believe the inference is that the foul happened a fraction of a second after the ball was fully and truly recovered by A10. In that case, the TD is allowed. A75's foul is a dead-ball foul, and would be enforced at the succeeding spot (on the try).  A75 gets one on his UNS counter.

3) Scrimmage kick ("punt") from the B-50.  During the kick, receiver B-15 is standing with one foot on the sideline at the B-2.  The kick is (a) touched by, but not recovered, by B-15, or, (b) is caught and advanced to the B-20 by B-2, or (c) is touched by B-2 and then is recovered by B-35 at the B 5-yard line and advanced to the B-20.
a) B2 simply standing on a sideline is nothing, in, and of itself. The ball simply remains alive and in play, and either team may legally recover, and Team B may advance the ball.
b) Again, the scenario is not quite clear, but I believe the inference is that B15 is touching the sideline when he catches the ball. B15 is out of bounds, so, when the ball first touches him, it is dead, and the officials should stop all action. Technically, the advance by B2 is a dead-ball delay of game foul, but if he begins to slow down as soon as whistles are sounded, and there is no interaction with/by opponents, this would simply be a "talk-to" situation (a warning). Team B would next put the ball in play at the B-2, 1/10, snap (25).
c) There does not seem to be any issue here. B2's touching only makes Team A eligible to touch the ball. B35's recovery and advance are legal. Team B will next snap the ball at the B-20, 1/10, snap (25).

I believe 10-1-5 would apply here if we flag the DOG.  Since both of the fouls are not UNS or UNR then the penalties for dead ball fouls will be administered in order of occurrence.

Yep. You are correct. Got hung up on a recent discussion I had with some folks regarding ‘offsetting fouls’ versus ‘canceling penalties,’ and was thinking UNS/UNRs. Thanks for correcting.
