Trying to run clock out with inhury

A is trying to run the clock out with no Team B time outs left. A runs a play up the middle and the clock is stopped for a Team B injury. What is the ruling on game and play clock starting?
I say game clock starts on the ready and so does a new 40 second play clock.
Can’t find this situation in the rule book ?

You are correct. I believe it's in 3-6-1a-Exception 3.

We put this in in 2020 to prevent a situation where: A leading ,play clock @ 40" with 35" to play. B's Big Ole' Bubba tips over; administrative 25" would force A to run a play; re-set @ 40" would not.
