New IG Rule

One of the two "conditions" for a pass to be legally intentionally thrown incomplete is that the pass must "reach the neutral zone or the extension of the NZ beyond the sideline". My question is what if the pass does not reach the NZ because it its tipped by B behind the LOS?  I recognize that eligibility restrictions for A are "off"; but does B's touching absolve A from not reaching the NZ with the pass?

In NCAA it does, sounds like this rule copies the NCAA version.

Once B touches the pass behind the LOS all bets are off for IR, IG, OPI, etc. Big ole' Bubba (OL) can grab 'er and waddle for a TD.As I understand it, the differences from NCAA are no need for any eligible receiver to be in town and the free blocking zone is used in lieu of the tackle box to accommodate 6, 8 & 9-man that have a more narrow FBZ.

Pretend this is last year.  If the ball gets tipped near the QB and the ball lands nowhere near an eligible receiver, were you going to get him for ING?

For those interested, I found a video that goes over the new NFHS rule changes and applies them to videos.  The person goes over the ING rule in it and how to handle it.
