At some point over the last number of years the NFHS changed the enforcement of a live ball Taunting-Unsportsmanlike foul to always be enforced as a dead ball foul after the play has been completed. So on a play where ding-bat is free and clear and starts a whole series of flaggable crap at about the ten yard line his TD still stands, and enforcement is enforced after the TD which stands. Looking thru my records to see when this was and have been unable to find the actual year that this changed. And, maybe the NFHS change memo that listed this?
Who has better records and a better memory as to when this changed?
