Considering that, to start with, team A has the option to accept the penalty for each foul separately, I'd say that yes, there is nothing in the rule book saying that all penalties in a single "group" have to be enforced from the same spot. You could have two separate DB UNS penalties (fouls reported at the same time to the referee) on team B and still have one enforced on the try and one on the kickoff.
