I've got nothing. He's not A/K so there is no hard restriction on going out of bounds (9-6-1) and I would not rule his going out of bounds intentional (9-6-2). Would still be TD.

9-6-2 requires intent. This guy isn't intentionally doing anything. (Hell, he's not even intentionally trying to score a touchdown - he's just picking up a loose ball on instinct. It takes a while for the light to dawn.)
