If A fouls before the change of possession, and B scores a pick 6, what are B's options?

What about same scenarios, but INT doesn't result in TD, run ends say at A-30?

If A fouls prior to the change of possession, regardless of the outcome of the play, B must decline the foul to keep the ball. Technically, B has the option of enforcing the foul and replaying the down with A in possession, but that's unlikely.

If A fouls after the change of possession, and B scores a TD on the play, B has the option of enforcing the foul on the try or subsequent kickoff (8-2-3).

If B does not score, I believe the basic spot is the end of the (related) run and A's foul will be enforced from there. However, 10-4-6b only covers cases where the foul occurs beyond the end of the run. If A grabs B's facemask, but then B runs for 10 more yards before being tackled, I can no longer point to a specific item in rule 10 that covers this scenario.

A fouls before COP, B scores: B must decline the A foul to keep the score, otherwise we would replay the down after enforcement. (8-2-3 specifies that the foul must occur after the COP to be able to carry it over to the try or the subsequent kickoff.

A fouls after COP, B scores: B can enforce the foul on the try or the subsequent kickoff per 8-2-3

A fouls before COP, B does not score:  B must decline the A foul to keep the ball, otherwise we would replay the down after enforcement.

A fouls after the COP, B does not score: Enforce the A foul from the end of the related run.


* As I always like to mention when this situation comes up, the rule specifically says "subsequent kickoff" for fouls during a play where a TD is scored.  If this play ends with zeroes on the clock at the end of the 4th quarter, there is no subsequent kickoff, and B can only enforce a foul during a TD-scoring play on the try.
