2025 NCAA Bulletin 1 (attached) doesn't contain anything earth moving, but there a couple of things of note.
Play 3 confirms what we already knew (or should have known), that towels, mouthpieces - anything - attached to a player is part of that player, and counts as it relates to touching of the ball. If the ball touches the attached item, it has touched the player.
Play 5 confirms what we already knew about a 4th down forward fumble into B's end zone: if the ball becomes dead in B's possession in the end zone, or by going out of bounds at the sideline/endline of the end zone, the result is a touchback for Team B. If dead in B's end zone, the only time the ball is returned to the spot of the fumble is if it is in A's possession.
Play 6 confirms that, unlike injury or helmet off situations, a foul that stops the clock is not affected by another event(s) that also cause the game clock to stop, for 10-second subtraction.
Idon't concern myself with replay, so I have no idea what those items may contain. Maybe universe moving.
