1. 3/10 @ A-35. A12 passes to A22 who makes the catch at the A-40, runs down the sideline and steps out of bounds at the B-20. During A22’s advance, the LJ moves down the sideline officiating the play and runs into the offensive team’s Head Coach in the restricted area (“the white”) and both go down at midfield.
RULING:

Team A’s head coach commits a foul for Game Administration Interference (physical interference). The foul is treated as a dead-ball foul, and the 15-yard penalty is enforced at the succeeding spot (B-20), taking the ball to the B-35. Team A had advanced the ball beyond the line-to-gain, thus, they will get a new scrimmage series at the spot where the penalty leaves the ball. The head coach has one UNS added to his UNS ‘counter’ toward ejection.

Team A is in scrimmage kick formation at the snap, and just after the snap lineman B77 grabs guard A66 and pulls him to one side, allowing linebacker B43 to shoot the gap to try to block the kick. A91 gets the kick away and B44 catches the kick at the B-25 and returns to the B-40 where he is tackled.
RULING:

B77 commits a foul for holding prior to the kick. The 10-yard penalty is enforced from the previous spot, and includes a first down.
4. 2/7 @ B-30. Nose guard B55 is lined up in the neutral zone at the snap. Back A22 takes the ball on a quick play up the middle, bursts into the open, and at the B-10 he turns around, shows the ball to the defense, and prances backward into the end zone.
RULING:
A, 1/10, B-30, snap (25).
The offside foul by B55 is offset by the unsportsmanlike conduct foul by A22, and first down will be repeated at the previous spot. The play clock is set to 25-seconds and will start on the referee’s signal, and, due to the ‘apparent’ touchdown, the game clock will start on the snap.
5. 3/10 @ B-40. B44 intercepts the pass of A12 at the B-20 and turns back up-field on the return. During the return, B21 approaches A88 at midfield from the blind side and blocks A88 with extended hands. B44 returns the pass to the A-20.
RULING:
B, 1/10, A-20, snap (25).
Because B21 blocked A88 with extended hands/arms, the block is legal. B will next snap at the dead-ball spot with a new scrimmage series.
6. 3/10 @ B-40. B44 intercepts the pass of A12 at the B-20 and turns back up-field on the return. During the return, B21 approaches A88 at midfield from the blind side and blocks A88 by attacking with forcible contact with his shoulder into the chest of A88. B44 returns the pass to the A-20.

B21 commits a foul for an illegal blind side block. The 15-yard penalty is enforced from the spot of the foul (50), taking the ball to the B-35, where Team B will put the ball in play with a new scrimmage series.
7. 3/10 @ B-40. B44 intercepts the pass of A12 at the B-20 and turns back up-field on the return. During the return, B21 approaches A88 at midfield from the blind side and blocks A88 by attacking with forcible contact with his shoulder into the head of A88. B44 returns the pass to the A-20.

B21 commits a foul for an illegal blind side block, with Targeting. The 15-yard penalty is enforced from the spot of the foul (50), taking the ball to the B-35, where Team B will put the ball in play with a new scrimmage series. For the Targeting foul (presumed to be upheld by Replay), B21 is disqualified from further participation in the game.
8. 2/5 @ B-40. Back A22 takes a backward pass from the quarterback at the B-45, circles right end, and heads for the goal line. Guard A66, who had pulled out to lead the play, legally blocks B90 to the ground and then stands over him at the B-30 taunting and screaming obscenities. This draws a flag from the head line judge when A22 is at the B-10 before continuing into the end zone.

A66 commits a foul for a live-ball unsportsmanlike conduct. The 15-yard penalty is enforced from the spot of the foul (B-30), taking the ball to the B-45, where second down will be repeated.
