Enforcement question for this scenario

2/5 for A an their own 40yl.  Live ball foul defensive holding, then after the play late hit/ unnecessary roughness on A.

Does A get a first down out of this?  Thank you!

Yes. Penalties for dead ball fouls are enforced separately. After enforcement of the live ball DH, A is beyond the line to gain, so the next play will be A 1/10 from the -35.
