Yo,Riff, OOB is in the civilized part of Maine. I live in Pittsfield which is aprox 120 miles north. I'm going strong in my last season of umping baseball which doesn't end until mid June. Somewhere sandwiched in between my games (I've got 10 in the next two weeks), I'll be opening our lakeside cottage which is even further north. Thanks for the offer, it was heartfelt.
