Illegal substitution?
« on: June 09, 2026, 11:39:46 PM »
I feel like I see this written question a bit and it trips me up every time. I can’t find rule support.

Defense has 10 players in play. After the snap, an 11th player enters the field.

Anything? My guy wants to say this is illegal, but I can’t find support it would be.

Thoughts?

Yes it a foul.

3-5-2-a: No incoming substitute shall enter the field of play or an end zone while the ball is in play.
