The 3 & 4 Man Mechanic Manuals are out to include the Clock/Chains Manual. Anyone know when the 5 and 7 man will post? I know they are working through details of the Fair Catch/Free Kick mechanic.

What 9 yard mark requirements are there for Team B?  I saw that listed under the mechanics for the umpire on the new free kick after a fair catch.  Still not sure why U is on B's restraining line and S is on team A's.  I would have left them in their normal free kick positions.

Interesting points and valid. The Team B requirement is very puzzling. I didn’t see in the mechanics as to who is supposed to wind the clock. Did I miss it? NCAA it is the R, H, and L.
