Unless pass was tipped by the rusher (didn't appear to be), then IMO this should be DPI.  Defender looks back for the ball early, then turns back to the receiver, has a hand on his shoulder and basically rides him downfield preventing any chance of receiver coming back for the underthrown ball.  If receiver could have stopped and come back, ball may have been catcable.  I'd go with DPI.

DPI is bailing out the QB for a BAD throw.  I got nothing...but I'm an umpire.  Did someone say Snickers?

Don't disagree ... and I'm an umpire as well, but I don't think we're allowed to base our calls on the quality of execution by the players.  On this one we're bailing out the QB for a poor throw that directly contributed to the DPI situation but it's still DPI.

DPI.  The defender isn't even close to making a play on the ball, and impedes the receiver's chance to get back to it.

Don't forget that some teams intentionally underthrow certain passes.

Looks like DPI to me.  There was one called later in the game later by the BJ that looked like nothing..Can't remember the quarter.  Of course, replays weren't the best.

It looks like the LJ ran to the BJ to discuss.   Maybe they deemed uncatchable somehow.

I got DPI

Either a cutoff or not playing the ball.

Cutoff - defender drove the receiver back when the receiver was trying to get to the ball.  When it doubt it is catchable and had the defender not been pushing him back, I think he would have easily made a play on the ball.

Not playing the ball - defender doesn't appear to look back and there is definitley contact that affects the receiver.
