New message to coaches from UIL

Hear that UIL sent new message to coaches today and it includes a link so they can check on who has signed up. Did some say that Timmons had shut down the link? Is this a new one?

Schools have access to see who is registered. Some local coaches and A/D here last week were checking the crews as they showed up against the current list and asking them about it.

Yeah, it is great how your name, email, and phone numbers are available to anybody out there that stumbles across this.  glad my information is not stored on there.

The folks over on Manor Road don't exactly have any identifiable information on anyone unless that person intentionally or unintentionally posts their correct information. If someone only posts bogus names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, et. al., then the UIL registration database would seemingly only be as good as the abundance of erroneous information that they would have on file. Their registration data, at best, is a boondoggle and is grossly inaccurate at best!  Just an example of yet another fantastic service provided courtesy of the Good Folks over at the UIL!

Because the UIL apparently is either too lazy to screen and edit the info or they are just plain stupid for setting up the officials registration in that particular format!
