It would be nice to see the fouls "clarified" since each letter section (a, b, c, & d) has either (live-ball foul) or (dead-ball foul) following the foul text, then in the overall penalty summary for a, b, c, & d there is seemingly conflicting wording that reads:  PENALTY—If the ball is dead: Five yards from the succeeding spot [S7and S22]; otherwise, five yards from the previous spot [S22].
It's easy to get the players, getting 'em to play together, that's the hard part. - Casey Stengel

But...what if this team does NOT run a no-huddle and was simply in a formation AFTER a huddle.  Would that change things?  And what if he never got to the numbers before turning tail?

The QB being ready to go has no bearing.  He is in control and he realizes he has a problem that is being fixed.  When we talk about a snap being imminenet is is when the QB is either oblivious, or, more often, when he is trying to catch the defense in the middle of subbing.  That is when the snap is imminent.  I can tell we still need to beat some more of the federation out of you hoss.

Never been FED and I guess I've never been in on your "think tanks" either...who are "we" that you have so conveniently defined the imminent snap?  You need to stop hunting for the Illuminati.  My definition if imminent snap is based on observation of this video and I see the ball could be snapped at any time here.
