Everyone be safe on the roads, be with the family and have a great Holiday. Here is hoping you will have plenty to eat, football to watch, and friends and family around you.

High School and D2 playoffs have killed Thanksgiving day football here.  Back in the day, there were several rivalries scheduled on Thanksgiving Day, including the Battle of the Ravine, Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University (NAIA schools back then that are located literally across the street from each other), and a great cross town high school rivalry in Little Rock, LR Central vs. LR Hall.  Sure miss those days.

Regional Finals are on Saturday this week (to give the players time to get back from wherever they were for Thanksgiving).  Next up... the State Tournament!

Here's hoping everyone has a great holiday.  For those of us with games still left to work, do us all proud.

The same to all of you eAt&

I was one and done this year in the playoffs.  Our two in-county teams are out now and App State drew a 1st round bye so I'll be a homebody this Thanksgiving.  Guess I'll drag out the Christmas decorations and try to get an early start. pi1eOn

I'll be attending the ACC mini-clinic a week from Saturday and going to the ACCCG afterward to wrap up my year.

Hey, I'm ready to  eAt& , starting tonight!

Our group has one on-field semi-final assignment, and three more for which we provide the chains and 25/sec ECO, all on Friday.

Oh, and there's supposed to be some decent college game in our state that same day, for which some of our guys work support positions.

Hope everyone here has safe travels and a GREAT Thanksgiving!
