I wonder if there are going to be as many official changes to the official manual as there was last year. Last year they came out on March 2, 2010. Just wondering if any of you have any changes you would like to see handed down this year to make our job on the field easier. Here in Ohio we have a new Football czar who handed out a 20 page folder on how he wants officials to work on the field. For the most part his ideas worked out very well and I have to say, in watching the playoffs all crew / officials got the message. This man used to be a NFL official, and I really think he improved the officiating in the State of Ohio, with how he wants the officials on the field on any given play. he breaks from the NFHA officials handbook now and then, but it is all for the better. Let me know your thoughts on this.
