uil and juridiction

Hey nostra, can you explain something for me.  What jurisdiction does the uil claim to be part of?  They keep moving the case from state to federal court, claiming both have jurisdiction, then argue they don't once the court hears the case.  What would satisfy them - the fed judge in Minneapolis?

The truth be known, the UIL would consider itself reportable and accountable only to the Right Honorable  Good UIL Dr., Chief Commisar of the Manor Road Tribunal Court. After all, they want accountability to him and to him alone!

That is so true.  In the last court visit, they were chastised for the lack of accountability and the "because we don't follow rules, the rules are still valid" and desire to be considered a state agency.  Judge didn't like the logic that a state agency could elect not to follow published rules.
