While researching the "pink whistle" situation in Washington state, I came across the attached document. This is a formal agreement between the WOA (perhaps like TASO) and the WIAA (perhaps like the UIL). However, we go forward, I suspect at some point there wil have to be a formal agreement between the UIL and TASO since the gentleman's agreement we enjoyed for so many years has now been violated.
