Pennsylvania Fight

Watch the video under the article.  Not good.  Does it seem like these occurrences are becoming more frequent or have these always happened and we just get more video now?

I think we see more of them, because it is easier to share videos now.  However, it does seem that the fights are becoming more intense over time.

Saw this on the news....

WHY - WHY - WHY would the officials run into the middle of this (several knocked down)?  This is when you sit back and record numbers.

Let the cops handle this one!

Absolutely!  Ask TexDoc about our season ending brawl a few years ago towards the last minute of the game.  We stood back and wound the clock.  At 00:00 we headed for the locker room.

Best regards,

Brad

Great move, IMO. What would you do if the fight came after an INC?

Point well taken...

If the official was "too rough" in breaking up the fight he could be in for a rude awakening with a law suit or he could just get his teeth knocked in...

Neither is a desirable situation.

It wouldn't have mattered. I would have still wound the clock.

Based on only the linked video clip, it was hardly a "brawl" when the three officials went in to try to break up the sideline festivities.  At that point, I'd have gone in too in order to try to get the offending player off of white's sideline in one piece.  If it heats up from there I'd probably try to get out, but I can't imagine a scenario where I wouldn't try to get the player in black to a more neutral location at that point.

Could someone please change the thread title?  I keep thinking it's going to be about a new UFL team or something.
