Looks like a foul to me. If that was a five man crew that's a bit difficult to pick up - the wing is paying attention to the goal line and the BJ probably isn't keying that far out, either (usually watching the cheerleaders on running plays, as we all know).

Kalle's on point in that with a 5 man crew and the ball being snapped near the one, the wing official is focused on the interior line and goal line expecting the inside run up the middle.  Besides, he was busy winding up and firing the flag at the middle linebacker trying to win the long toss of the night award.  ;D  The actual block is clearly a foul.
