And somebody has to find the fake official that runs onto the field when the false start is called, and kick his/her butt in a big way, too. Mr. Folliard and crew did all they could - just a tough situation, totally out of their control to prevent. PAC 12 has to let the hammer fall hard on this one.

Heck, the freaking Super Bowl could not even prevent something like this and they had more security and precautions than the PAC10 (or any other conference) could ever hope to have.  There are lame brains out there who are looking for their moment of glory and you ain't likely to stop them.

Shouldn't all who came off the bench been ejected?  Even though a punch may not have been thrown by a substitute, isn't running onto the field and adding to the chaos "participating" in a fight?

I remember years and years ago when they had a rash of fans running out on the field. (NFL)

Guy came running out on the field while offense was in the huddle and he ran straight down the LOS and scooped the ball. The middle linebacker ( I think KC Chiefs) caught the guy with a forearm under the chin and laid his butt out. Long delay while ambulance comes to get him.

Didn't see anymore folks coming out on the field for a long time.

He killed the clock well.  He should ran at the referee and gave a rolling fist for a false start instead of asking for the ball.

Rumor has it that the referee visited the streaker in jail last night to recruit him as a high school official, good strong whistle, takes charge, commands presence, excellent timing, needs a little work on his uniform!

Who knows? Maybe the 'high waters' pants will be the new fashion! Well, good work in a very, very tough situation, that I hope no one else ever has to go through.

I believe that was Mike Curtis of the Baltimore Colts who laid a potential ball thief out. One of the true tough guys of days long past.

I read that the streaker is up on a fenoly charge of impersonating an official (class 6?) might be bargained down to a class 1 misdemeanor.
