just wondering.... Team K lines up to punt... punt carries down to R 15 where it touches K #88 on the ankle...  R #3 then picks up the ball runs 8 yards to the 23 and fumbles... recovered by K 56.... Who the heck does the ball belong to and at what yard line?.... High School rules

R has the option to take the ball at the spot of first touching (R15) or the result of the play.  Obviously, R is going to take the spot of first touching.

R's ball 1st and 10 from R15.

Looks like you might need three bean bags for this. First touching by K. EOK. Fumble. I know most BJ's carry two. Never seen them with 3 bean bags.

Why would you bag where ball is touched by "K" (Team A).  Is that a NFHS deal?
