#74 actually contact with lower leg his opponent, but it really looks more incidental that deliberate.
Under NCAA rules (R2-S28) Tripping is intentionally using the lower leg or foot to obstruct an opponent below knees (Rule 9-1-2-c "there shall be no tripping. (Except Tripping the runner is not a foul).

Too borderline to flag. Could easily have been a sidestep. There is a minor ... awkwardness that emerges in slow-mo, but still... nylon stays in back pocket here.

It's the whole slo-mo thing. It looks a lot worse when you slow it down.

Good play.  I believe if you call this it is supportable.  I see the LT stick his leg to the side and raise it up which trips the defender.  I'm not dismissing saying that it's not tripping but I think if you call it you've got a correct call.
