OK, whatever yall decide about the fall of the Roman Empire, which had hundreds of causes....

But the NCAA has defined what hits they want eliminated:

- Those to the head or neck of a player
- Those that lead with the helmet

This wasn't either one of those.  I am deducing that it LOOKED like one of those, and that is why it got flagged.  In real time, it may have seemed like it.  In replay, it was wrong.  I also understand that when it doubt, it's a foul, and that's why there is a flag.  But much like the FSU play a few weeks ago, in review, what looked like a foul actually wasn't.

Please don't tell me I have to start studying history in order to participate in an officiating forum.  My fifth grader proves I am not smarter than a fifth grader everyday. pray:;
