By itself, nothing. Did they enforce as a dead ball or live ball foul?

I can't tell for sure, but it looks like he gives a quick look back at the defender as he's entering the end zone.  Maybe he said something at that point or made a gesture, but from my view from the confines of my computer chair, it doesn't look like much.
