Illegal formation on KO

Can the kick team players line up on the 32 yrd line for onside kick, or do they have to have 1 foot on the 30yrd line?

They must be within 5 yards of the ball.  The could all stand on the 34.999999999999998 if they wanted to.

They furthest they can stand is with toes touching the back edge of the 30.
