My first post gentlemen but I have enjoyed reading this board all season.  I am finally getting around to registering and what do I do?  I ask for something!!!!!!  Pretty selfish, isn't it?  I promise to add to topics going forward but what I am looking for seems pretty simple!

Any idea gentlemen where I may be able to find a copy of the NF Rules Book on line that I can print.  I would like to have a Rules Book in an 11.5 X 8 size as opposed to the smaller versions that each of us are handed at the start of every season. 

It is my understanding that these do not exist and the National Federation and State Agencies frown on them since the Rules Book is a HUGE money maker for these agencies. 

I have even toyed with the idea of typing it myself.  Desperate!  I know!!!!!!!!!

Any decent copying machine should be able to enlarge it.  Or, take it to a commercial place such as FedEx/Kinko's & tell them what you want.

I've seen the NFHS Rule Book on a pdf file where one can re-size it to whatever size they desire.
It's also useful via pdf if you want to search wor a key word/phrase.  If it's via pdf file you can "control-F" and find the work you're looking for.  Quite useful.

Printable, approved,  online rule books no longer exist.  There is an app for mobile phones for $5.99 (?) that might work.

Any copies you may find on the internet would be "pirate" copies, so I won't post any links.  But a Google search for "NFHS Football Rule Book pdf" might help you.

I'm SHOCKED that we'd be able to find something on the internet that the NFHS doesn't publish themselves.  SHOCKED, I say!

Why would they publish a membership list with so much personal information and make it available for public consumption?????

I know a member of that association.  Sent him a message and guess what.  He was NOT aware his information was readily available to any nut with a computer.  He was to call the association President yesterday but I see it has not been taken down.

Roscoe, I wasn't talking about you, I was talking about the genius who thought it would be a good idea to post personal information about an entire association on the web!

So I agree: your employment has no bearing on my statement.  :P

I don't get what you're saying, Roscoe. I'm also a web developer.

'Someone doesn't quite understand the web' could mean that 'Sharing is what the web is all about, it's good those addresses are on there', or it could mean 'The web is global - can't give out personal information on it'. I don't understand what maven meant.

Anyways, as of today, November 5, it seems there is now a password on the page. No username/password, just a password. And on a non-secure site (simple http, not https). Better, but still very insecure.

I wasn't prompted for any password.  I can go right to the 2012 or 2011 roster.
