2 Fouls, Live Ball Dead Ball???

A10 is scrambling out side of the pocket, A79 holds at A's 23.

A10 throws an incomplete pass.

During the play B's coach is on the field but there is NO contact to the deep official on his sideline.

Penalty Enforcement?? Where will the ball be put in play next?

I believe the foul on Team B is enforced as a dead ball foul, so enforce the holding then enforce the UNS on B, 1st and 10, A30, clock on the snap because of the incomplete pass. How'd I do?

How far out onto the field of play was Team B's coach?  Was he making an arse of himself while on the field of play?
If "no" twice, you could have applied game administration interference (9-2-5).

I'd enforce half the distance for the holding from previous spot (10-2-2-b), giving me 2/22,5 @ A12,5.
Then I'd enforce the dead ball penalty.

If delay, I'd have A 2/17,5 @A17,5

If UNS, I'd have A 1/10 @A27,5

sorry... I had 15 yards in mind... guess I had the dead ball UNS too strong in my mind and mixed it all up
