What mechanic is this?

Was watching a clip I found on another site about a recruit and someone posted this video. The officiating interested me, naturally, and on one particular play(im not sure if this clip will start right on it, if not FF to 22:57) I asked the question, "Where is the Back Judge?" I watched it a second time and, while I originally thought this was 7-man mech because of the S and F who are clearly visible, there is NO B. This clip is from a NJ HS game.

Looks like he is at the pylon on H side.  Thought 6 man crew but I did not see anyone on opposite pylon

NJ uses 6 Official mechanics for many games.  We also use 5.  7 is not approved as of yet.
